Terms & Conditions
Check Before Purchase
Customers are requested to carefully check the design, size, color, quality, and condition of the garment before purchasing.
7-Day Replacement Policy
Ready-made garments may be replaced within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
No Refund
No cash or payment refund will be provided. Eligible products can only be replaced or exchanged.
Defective Products
If a product has a manufacturing defect or shop-related defect, it may be replaced within 7 days, subject to inspection by the shop.
No Replacement After Alteration
Products that have been altered, stitched, resized, shortened, repaired, or otherwise modified at the customer's request cannot be replaced or exchanged.
Used, Dirty or Damaged Products
Products will not be replaced if they have been worn, washed, stained, made dirty, damaged, perfumed, or otherwise affected by the customer after purchase.
Original Condition Required
The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with the original tags and packaging where applicable.
Proof of Purchase
The original bill/receipt must be presented for any replacement or exchange.
Final Inspection
All replacement requests are subject to shop inspection and approval, consistent with applicable consumer protection laws.
